about DJ
Known as DJ since his childhood, one of this artist’s earliest reports cited ‘he would read to anyone who would listen’. As an adult he’s recorded children’s stories and has been called upon to speak at important ceremonies including a memorial service for the late Right Excellent Errol Barrow, Barbados’ first Prime Minister.
His career has provided a tapestry of experiences with spells in teaching, business consulting and as a Training Development manager in the RAF. More recently he has served as a senior manager in the NHS.
Previously, DJ has been spotted staging one-act comedies and performing in a Gershwin musical as a tap-dancing cowboy. Nowadays, when not in his home studio, he’s more likely to be at his piano tinkling the ivories.
